Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Engineer to oversee and execute high-quality interior fit-out projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing site operations, coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and ensuring timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure execution as per approved drawings and project specifications
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Prepare and track project schedules, work progress, and material procurement
- Monitor quality, safety, and compliance standards at the site
- Attend site meetings and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Supervise site teams and ensure productivity and efficiency
- Verify and certify subcontractor bills and site measurements
- Prepare project status reports and update stakeholders regularly
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline
- 3–6 years of UAE experience in Interior Fit-Out Projects
- Strong technical knowledge of materials, finishes, and fit-out processes
- Familiar with local regulations and authority approvals (Dubai Municipality, DCD, etc.)
- Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project planning tools
- UAE driving license preferred
