WE ARE HIRING – Project Engineer
We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Project Engineer to join our site team in Dubai (DIP). The ideal candidate will have construction/site management experience in the UAE, strong coordination skills, and the ability to drive projects forward while maintaining safety, quality and schedule requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role with responsibility for client communication, contractor coordination and preparation of project documentation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience: 2–5 years of construction or site management experience in the UAE.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficient with Dubai Municipality approvals, as-built drawing processes and online inspection portals.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Languages: Strong communication in English; Arabic is advantageous. Knowledge of Urdu/Hindi is a plus.
- Licences: UAE driving licence preferred.
- Other: Able to work on site, liaise with multiple stakeholders and manage day-to-day site operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Site Supervision & Coordination — Oversee daily site activities to ensure smooth execution and adherence to project plans.
- Safety & Quality Compliance — Enforce safety procedures and quality standards, ensuring all works meet project specifications.
- Client & Stakeholder Communications — Act as a primary point of contact for clients; provide regular progress updates.
- Collaboration — Work closely with architects, contractors, consultants and other stakeholders to resolve site issues.
- Programme & Documentation — Prepare and maintain schedules, budgets and required project documentation and reports.
