Description:
Responsible for the comprehensive on-site supervision, quality control, and coordination of all civil and structural works that integrate with Voltron's primary MEP projects. This role involves directly managing civil site teams and subcontractors to ensure execution meets technical specifications, safety standards, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct Supervision: Lead, manage, and supervise all civil site personnel, foremen, and subcontractors involved in foundation, structural, and finishing works.
- Quality & Compliance: Conduct rigorous site inspections to ensure strict adherence to approved drawings, specifications, local codes, and QA/QC procedures.
- Coordination: Coordinate civil work execution timelines with the Project Manager and MEP teams to optimize workflow and prevent site clashes.
- HSE Enforcement: Strictly implement and monitor all HSE policies for civil scope, particularly concerning excavations and working at height.
- Documentation: Prepare daily reports, manage site instructions (SIs), process material submittals, and verify civil work quantities for payment.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 4+ years in site supervision/project engineering, preferably within the MEP or construction sector.
Skills
- Strong leadership, proficient in AutoCAD and blueprint interpretation, and excellent communication skills.
