Description:
We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage construction projects in Dubai. The role requires expertise in planning, execution, budgeting, and coordination with all stakeholders to ensure project success while maintaining safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management from initiation to handover.
- Prepare project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure timely project execution within budget and scope.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively.
- Ensure adherence to UAE building regulations and safety standards.
- Oversee procurement and ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
- Supervise site teams and ensure performance meets quality expectations.
- Review contracts and manage change orders and claims.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare regular progress reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- 10–15 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Proven track record in managing projects in Dubai or the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of local construction laws, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Valid UAE driving license and work authorization (preferred).
