Description:
We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer – Glass to manage and execute glass and façade-related projects from planning to completion. The role involves site coordination, technical supervision, vendor management, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage glass, façade, and aluminium projects from initiation to handover
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, architects, and subcontractors
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
- Supervise site execution and ensure compliance with approved drawings
- Plan project schedules and monitor progress
- Ensure quality control and safety standards on site
- Coordinate procurement of glass and related materials
- Handle inspections, snag lists, and final handover documentation
- Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
- 1-2 years of experience in Glass, Façade, or Aluminium projects
- Strong knowledge of glass systems, fittings, and installation methods
- Experience working on UAE projects preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage
