Project Expeditor

Description:

We are currently seeking a Project Expeditor / Field Expeditor to join our growing team at Veetech Automation FZE. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in mechanical engineering and fabrication processes, with a proactive approach to managing field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle field coordination and expediting activities for ongoing projects
• Conduct vendor follow-ups to ensure timely delivery and project progress
• Monitor fabrication operations across multiple locations including Dubai, UAQ, RAK, Sharjah (Sajja), and ICAD – Abu Dhabi
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain workflow efficiency
• Support quality control processes and handle basic QC requirements when needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Strong background in fabrication and project coordination
• Basic knowledge of quality control procedures
• Must possess a valid UAE driving license and have own vehicle
