Key Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinating and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.

• Supporting project timelines by addressing logistics needs and ensuring smooth operations.

• Handling shipping documentation and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

• Managing vendors and negotiating logistics rates to optimize costs.

• Reporting on logistics status and performance to keep projects on track.

Candidate Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in UAE logistics, with experience in project or manufacturing logistics being preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using SAP being a plus.

• Strong coordination and communication skills to manage stakeholders effectively.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
