• Bachelor’s degree
• PMP certification (Scrum Master preferred)
• 6–8 years of experience in project management
• Stakeholder Management
• Change Management – Basic
• Process Analysis – Advanced
• Project Management/Coordination – Advanced
• Business Intelligence Tools and Analytics – Intermediate
• Business Process Management – Intermediate
• Presentation Skills (written and verbal)
• Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint
• Experience in presenting to senior forums

🔧 Responsibilities:

• Manage all project activities within TMO (meetings, MoMs, records)
• Coordinate stakeholder communication and transformation activities
• Arrange training sessions where required
• Maintain and track risk registers
• Deliver program updates and reporting in tight timelines
