Project Manager – End-to-end Trade Digitization

Looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee the execution of our End-to-End Trade Digitization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in trade finance, banking operations, and project management methodologies, with proven success in delivering large-scale transformation projects.

⏳ Availability: Immediate to 30 days

Required Knowledge & Experience
Strong understanding of trade journeys, operations, and trade finance products (LCs, Bank Guarantees, Export Finance, Open Account Trade, Working Capital Management, Invoice Discounting, Factoring).
Proven experience managing projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
Familiarity with system architecture, APIs, data flows, and middleware in trade finance platforms.
Skilled in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.

10+ years of project execution in a banking environment.
Knowledge of SDLC phases and deliverables.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
PMP or equivalent Project Management certification.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
