Description:
We are hiring Project Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Proven hands-on supervisory experience in metal and fabrication projects
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
- Knowledge of site safety, quality control, and production efficiency
- Able to read drawings and execute work as per project specifications
Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day operations at the site or factory for fabrication and installation activities
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and safety guidelines
- Coordinate with project engineers, QA/QC, and other departments to meet deadlines
- Monitor manpower productivity and allocate tasks efficiently
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues
- Maintain records of progress, materials, and site activities
