Responsibilities

• Generate new clients and listings/inquiries.
• Promote company’s property listings/inquiries and pursuing new buyer/tenant prospects.
• Negotiating deals until successful closings.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth plan.
• Conduct site inspections, attend new and existing project appointments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience (minimum 1 year) working in this or similar position in real estate.
• Consistent and successful track record of property sales in Dubai market.
• Proven experience in building relationships and dealing with developers, owners, sellers and other
• brokers in UAE.
• Outstanding knowledge of UAE real estate regulations and law.
• Excellent sales, communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated individual.
• Ability to listen and find tailor made solutions.
• Own vehicle is a must.
• Excellent spoken and written English, any other language is welcome.
