Property Advisor

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role as a Property Advisor at Banke International Properties in Abu Dhabi. The Property Advisor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as providing property sale services, advising on real estate investments, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing financial aspects of property transactions.

Qualifications

• Communication and Customer Service skills
• UAE Real Estate Experience is an added advantage
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in real estate are a plus.
• License: Valid UAE driving license and access to a car are a plus
• Languages: Proficiency in English is required; other languages are an advantage.
• Personality: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player with a strong work ethic.
