We are seeking a dedicated and professional Property Advisor to join our growing team. As a Property Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, offering expert advice, and ensuring the smooth and successful completion of property transactions. You will be expected to build strong client relationships, provide market insights, and guide clients through every step of the process.

Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on the property market, including trends, prices, and locations
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
• Conduct property viewings and offer recommendations based on client needs
• Negotiate terms and prices between buyers, sellers, and renters
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market conditions and competitor activities
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants
• Handle all administrative tasks related to property transactions
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience in property advisory, real estate sales, or property management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the local property market
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Highly motivated with a passion for property and real estate
• Professional qualifications (e.g., Real Estate License) are an advantage
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
