Description:
As a Property Advisor, you will be responsible for managing property listings, assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing, and closing deals across residential and commercial properties in the secondary market.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Handle resale and leasing transactions in the secondary market
- Generate leads and build a strong client portfolio
- Manage and maintain accurate property listings
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Negotiate offers and support deal closures
- Build long-term relationships with property owners, buyers, and tenants
- Stay updated on market trends and pricing
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
🔹 Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in the UAE secondary real estate market
- Experience in resale and leasing transactions (residential & commercial)
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and RERA regulations
- Proficiency in CRM systems and property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, etc.)
- Self-motivated, client-focused, and results-driven
- Valid UAE driving license
