Property Advisor

Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for an Experienced & Fresher Property Advisor specializing in Off-Plan and Secondary properties. The Property Advisor will be responsible for promoting high-value off-plan and secondary market properties, providing expert guidance to clients, and executing strategic property investment solutions.

Daily responsibilities include managing qualified clients, closing property transactions, identifying high-return investment opportunities, conducting professional property tours, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends.

Salary & Bonus

• Fixed Salary
• High commission structure with earnings up to 80% commission

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
• Proven experience in property management and handling off-plan or secondary property transactions
• Knowledge of real estate investments and the ability to provide strategic advice
• Excellent customer service skills with a client-focused approach
• Basic understanding of financial concepts related to property transactions
• Proficiency in real estate CRM systems and digital tools is an advantage
• Prior experience in the Dubai real estate market is highly desirable
• A bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or a related field is preferred
