We are looking for passionate and dynamic real estate sales agents, offering them a commission-based salary in the primary/ off-plan sector, to aid in the selling process of the properties by attracting quality potential buyers.

Job requirements:

1. Fluent in speaking English (Multi language speaker is an advantage)

2. Excellent communication skills, along with a confident persuasive personality

3. Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a fast learner

4. Having good time management and organizational skills

5. Preferably having experience in the real estate industry, or having a strong background knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate market

6. Having any sales experience are welcome to apply as well

7. Available in Dubai

8. Willing to join immediately

✅ Must have at least 1-year experience in property sales in Dubai

✅ Tele-calling skills

✅ Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills are highly required

✅ High follow up with clients is required

✅ Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently

✅ Must be ambitious and hard-working, strong work ethic, professional, organized, and presentable are highly required
