Property Consultant

Description:

* Promote sales through network and Channel Partners.

* Set individual targets and develop a strategy to exceed.

* Execute your strategy to ensure lead conversion.

* Set appointments to meet with clients and show them prospective properties.

* Advertise and promote local properties for sale.

* Match customer preferences and budget requirements with a suitable property.

* Follow all local and state real estate laws and regulations.

* THIS IS A COMMISSION BASED JOB.

Requirements:

* Excellent communication skills, along with a confident persuasive personality

* Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a fast learner

* Having good time management and organizational skills

* Minimum 2 years' experience in the real estate industry.

* Fluent in English also Arabic, Russian, French & Persian are preferred

* Background knowledge of the Dubai real estate market

* Preferably with a valid driving license and car.

* Willing to join immediately
