Property Consultant

Banke International Properties is a leading real estate company in Abu Dhabi, and we are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and experienced Property Consultant to join our team. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for providing our clients with professional advice and assistance in buying, selling, and leasing properties. You will be working on salary plus commission basis.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct market research to identify properties for sale or rent.

· Meet with clients to discuss their property needs and preferences.

· Show properties to potential buyers or renters and provide information about the property features, pricing, and location.

· Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements related to buying, selling or renting properties.

· Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.

· Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of all sales and rental transactions.

· Develop and maintain a network of potential clients through marketing, referrals, and networking events.

· Work closely with the marketing team to create property listings and marketing materials.

· Attend regular training sessions to improve knowledge of the property market, laws and regulations.

Requirements:

· Minimum of 6 months of work experience in real estate or related field

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

· Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· UAE driving license and own car.

· Fluency in English is mandatory, Arabic or other language proficiency is an advantage
