We Offer AED 3,000- Salary + attractive commission scheme.

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:

· Ability to communicate precisely

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Good computer skills in MS Office Tools

· Ability to adapt to change

· Ability to negotiate

· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

· Valid UAE Driving License

EXPERIENCE:

· At least 2 years' experience in Sales or Leasing in UAE Real Estate Market preferably in a medium to large organization or in real estate industry.

· Property Sales or leasing experience in UAE and Abu Dhabi real estate market

· Having full awareness of real estate industry, current market situation and future indications.

· Ensures high level of Customer service

· Cold calling

· Advise clients on suitable and matching properties for their requirements

· Maintains and develops business with prospect clients

· Assisting and consulting clients throughout the buying process by providing them with updated and accurate market information.

· Taking pictures for available units for advertising purposes.

· Following up with prospective clients

· Arrange and accompany viewings in coordination with the Clients and Listing Coordinators.

· Finalizing the closing process
