Job Description & Responsibilities:
- As a Property Consultant you will play a pivotal role in our success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Demonstrating a deep understanding of the sales process for both off-plan and secondary market properties.
- Utilizing your network and various means to source projects from developers.
- Exhibiting excellent analytical and numerical reasoning skills.
- Employing strong negotiation skills with a background in providing exceptional customer service.
- Leveraging advanced communication skills to build lasting relationships.
- Staying abreast of market trends, competition, and industry best practices.
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
- Possessing exceptional knowledge of Dubai’s real estate trends, laws, and regulations.
- Proficiency in utilizing platforms such as Broker pad, Property Finder, Dubizzle, Bayut, etc.
Requirements:
- To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a real estate broker (Sales or Leasing).
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Impressive personality with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft software (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market trends and regulations.
- Valid UAE driving license is a Must.
