Property Consultant

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant located in Dubai. He will be responsible for conducting property inspections, providing customer service, negotiating and closing sales, and maintaining client relationships. The Property Consultant will also be responsible for keeping up-to-date with the current Real Estate market trends.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 1-2 years of Dubai Real Estate Experience
• Must be Bilingual ( English+ HINDI, URDU, MALAYALAM.,)
• Must be Bilingual ( English+ FRENCH)
• Knowledge of the Real Estate industry and market trends
• Customer Service and Sales skills
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
