• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
• Regularly track listings and stay up to date with the market.
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
• Research client income and expenses to determine their buying power and capital.
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Display and market real property to possible buyers

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be Bilingual ( English+ HINDI, MALAYALAM, TAMIL)
• Minimum 1-2 years of Dubai Real Estate Experience
• Knowledge about the real estate trend in Dubai
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
