Property Consultant

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role as a Property Consultant with Metropolitan Premium Properties. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for consulting clients, providing excellent customer service, and promoting and selling real estate properties. You will also be involved in building relationships with clients, conducting property viewings, and negotiating contracts. This role focuses on specializing in the following areas; Dubai Hills, Tilal Al Ghaf, Jumeirah Golf Estates & Victory Heights. This is a commission based role.

Requirements:

• Sales experience in the real estate industry.
• Excellent spoken and written english communication skill. Bilingual/trilingual communication is advantageous (Persian, Chinese, European languages, etc.)
• Excellent knowledge of the UAE market.
• UAE driving license & a car.
• Office location will be in The Greens.
