- Proven experience in real estate or sales (preferred but not required).

- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist Clients in Buying, Selling, and Renting residential & commercial properties.

- Provide Expert Advice on Market Conditions, Prices, and Mortgage Options.

- Build and Maintain Strong Client Relationships.

- Negotiate Offers and Facilitate Smooth Transactions.

- Attend Property Viewings and Open Houses.
