The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months UAE real estate experience, demonstrating a clear commitment to the industry with honesty, loyalty, and a hardworking attitude. Candidates must have a results-driven mindset and be capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, providing expert advice on real estate investments, and supporting the sales process in a competitive market. Candidates should be camera confident, understanding the value of a strong social media presence to expand their network and client base. A UAE driving license is preferable.
