Requirements:
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience within the real estate sector
• Demonstrated success in property sales, client negotiations, and closing deals
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to establish and maintain client relationships
• Mandatory language fluency in Chinese, Farsi, or French;  
• Strong team spirit with excellent communication and leadership qualities

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute targeted sales strategies to drive results
• Guide and lead a sales team to meet monthly and annual goals
• Offer strategic property investment advice to clients based on market insights
• Build and maintain a strong professional network of clients and real estate partners
• Track sales performance and present regular progress reports
