We are seeking motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agents to join our rapidly expanding team in Abu Dhabi. This role is focused exclusively on off-plan property sales. Candidates who are fluent in Arabic or European languages are especially encouraged to apply, as we continue to serve a diverse client base across the UAE and beyond. As a Real Estate Agent at PSI, you will play a vital role in connecting clients with exciting off-plan investment opportunities across Abu Dhabi and the UAE.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Off-Plan Sales: Manage the full cycle of off-plan property sales, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and buyers, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service.
- Market Knowledge: Stay up to date on new project launches, market trends, and investment opportunities to provide expert advice.
- Property Presentations: Conduct presentations and property tours to showcase off-plan developments to potential buyers.
- Negotiation: Negotiate deals effectively to achieve the best possible outcome for clients and the company.
- Lead Generation: Actively prospect for new clients and business opportunities through networking, referrals, and digital marketing.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of transactions, client communications, and listings in our CRM system.

Qualifications :-
- Proven experience in off-plan property sales, or a strong desire to start a career in real estate.
- Fluency in Arabic or a European language (French, German, Italian, Spanish, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- High level of motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with UAE off-plan projects, market trends, and real estate regulations is a plus, but not mandatory.
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
