What You’ll Do
- List, market, and sell properties across Dubai
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Generate and follow up on leads (company-provided + self-sourced)
- Stay informed on Dubai’s market trends and advise clients smartly
- Negotiate and close deals with confidence and integrity
- Maximize visibility using premium tools (Bayut, Property Finder, social media, etc.)
What We’re Looking For
- Proven real estate experience in Dubai or strong sales/customer-service background
- Ambitious, self-driven, and goal-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong networking ability and relationship management
- UAE driving license preferred; local market knowledge is a plus
