What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in real estate or sales is preferred (strong performers from other industries are welcome)

Familiarity with Dubai’s real estate market is an advantage
Ability to work independently in a performance-based environment

Compensation:
This is a commission-only role with earnings of up to 70% per transaction, offering high-income potential for top-performing agents.
