Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the off-plan market
• Build lasting relationships with clients and developers
• Guide clients through investment opportunities in upcoming projects
• Negotiate and close deals, consistently achieving sales targets
• Stay updated on market trends and new project launches
• Conduct client property tours and attend project site visits
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and developer launches

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Dubai’s off-plan real estate sector
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s property market and project pipeline
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
