Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant located in Dubai. The Property Consultant will assist clients in buying, selling, renting, and investing in properties by offering professional guidance and market insights. Responsibilities include conducting market research, providing exceptional customer service, arranging and attending property viewings, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Consulting and Real Estate expertise to guide clients in their investments and property decisions
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales to provide an excellent client experience
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and local regulations is highly beneficial
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
• Previous experience in real estate or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
