Role Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day client interactions and property viewings
• Handle sales transactions from prospecting to closing
• Provide expert guidance and exceptional service to clients
• Stay updated on market trends, new launches, and developer offerings
• Maintain strong follow-up with clients and nurture long-term relationships

Qualifications:

• Fresh starters with no prior experience are welcome – (comprehensive training will be provided)
• Proven experience in Dubai Real Estate (Off-plan or Secondary) is a plus
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong customer service and sales mindset
• A self-motivated, results-driven attitude
• Knowledge of property laws, regulations, and trends in the UAE
• Multilingual fluency is a strong advantage (German, French, Turkish, Spanish, Dutch, Romanian, Russian, Mandarin)
• Valid UAE Driving License & own car is a plus
