Role Description: This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Consultant, based in the United Arab Emirates, with an opportunity to work some days from home. The Property Consultant will assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, conduct property market research, schedule property viewings, and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities include preparing property listings, advising clients on market conditions, and ensuring smooth transactions by coordinating with all parties involved. The role also involves maintaining a thorough understanding of Dubai's real estate market and providing exceptional customer service to clients.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a real estate or sales-oriented role is advantageous here in the United Arab Emirates.
• Proven experience to generate leads, handle client inquiries, and convert leads into active clients. Strong negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships and confident in closing sales and leasing deals.
• Excellent understanding of Dubai's property market, pricing trends, and community knowledge.
• Proficiency in research, property valuation, and market trends analysis.
• Knowledge of property sales, leasing, and marketing processes.
• Previous experience in a real estate or sales-oriented role is advantageous
