Description:
Roles and responsibilities:
- Assist clients in identifying suitable off-plan property options based on their needs and investment goals
- Learn and present project details, payment plans, pricing, and key selling points of developer launches
- Handle and follow up on company-generated leads under the guidance of senior consultants and sales managers
- Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits with support and training
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-ups
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams to ensure smooth booking and documentation processes
- Support senior consultants during deal closures and gradually manage deals independently
- Maintain accurate client data, lead tracking, and follow-ups in the CRM system
- Stay updated on new project launches, market trends, and company training sessions
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets
- Comply with RERA regulations and company sales policies
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing is preferred. (Freshers are open to apply as well)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
