We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth by effectively promoting our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Identify, qualify, and convert leads to achieve individual and company sales targets.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain long-term relationships specifically with international investors and end-users.
- Property Presentations: Conduct professional viewings and high-level presentations for clients.
- Expert Advisory: Provide strategic advice on buying, selling, and investment opportunities, including ROI analysis.
- Market Insight: Stay updated on real estate trends, pricing, and new project launches.
Qualifications:
- Language: Native or professional fluency in English, Arabic or any European Languages with excellent command
- Experience: Proven track record in sales (real estate experience is a significant advantage) but not mandatory
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and client management abilities.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with property laws and market procedures is preferred not mandatory
