Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with investors and end-users

• Provide informed guidance on off-plan projects, payment structures, and ROI potential

• Stay updated on developer launches, incentives, and evolving market trends

• Conduct professional project presentations, site visits, and client consultations

• Manage negotiations and oversee transactions through to successful completion

Requirements (Area Specialist – Secondary Market)

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong knowledge of a specific Dubai community (e.g., Dubai Marina, JVC, Downtown, etc.) or willingness to specialize in one area

• Proactive, consistent, and goal-oriented approach

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with property owners, buyers, and tenants within the assigned area

• Good understanding of Dubai secondary market transactions and pricing trends

• Valid UAE driving license

• Professional presence and client-focused mindset
