Property Consultant

We are looking for a motivated Property Consultant to manage both off-plan and secondary market sales. This role offers a structured environment with a basic salary and performance-based commission, ideal for professionals looking to build consistent income while growing their earnings.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle sales across off-plan and secondary market properties

• Manage and convert inbound and outbound leads

• Generate and manage listings within assigned areas

• Conduct property viewings, project presentations, and client meetings

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable options

• Guide clients through the full sales cycle from inquiry to closing

• Maintain CRM updates and track sales pipeline

• Build and maintain a strong client portfolio

• Achieve monthly performance targets

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience preferred

• Understanding of off-plan and/or secondary market transactions

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Professional presentation and client handling

• UAE driving license preferred

• RERA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
