Property Consultant

Marquis Home Developer L.L.C. is seeking an experienced Property Consultant to become part of its growing luxury real estate team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for motivated sales professionals with a proven track record in the UAE property market and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will assist clients in buying and investing in premium residential properties while building strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets. Candidates with developer experience, strong market knowledge, and excellent communication skills will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in purchasing luxury residential and investment properties.

• Promote and sell off-plan and ready properties across Dubai.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Conduct property presentations, viewings, and client consultations.

• Negotiate sales agreements and support clients throughout the transaction process.

• Stay updated on market trends, property launches, and investment opportunities.

• Achieve individual sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of UAE real estate sales experience.

• Previous experience working with a property developer is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s off-plan and ready property market.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

• Ability to build client relationships and meet sales targets.
