Property Consultant

Hero Real Estate is a growing real estate brokerage in Abu Dhabi, specializing in off-plan, residential, and investment properties.

We are looking for experienced and motivated Property Consultants to join our expanding Sales Team.

Primary Purpose

The Property Consultant will be responsible for managing client relationships and driving sales across off-plan and secondary market properties.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven sales mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on assigned leads and convert opportunities into successful sales.
• Promote and sell off-plan projects from leading Abu Dhabi developers.
• Present suitable properties based on clients’ needs, preferences, and investment goals.
• Maintain strong knowledge of new launches, projects, pricing, payment plans, and availability.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.
• Conduct property viewings and project presentations.
• Negotiate and manage transactions from initial inquiry through to closing.
• Stay updated on Abu Dhabi real estate market trends, new developments, and investment opportunities.
• Maintain accurate lead and sales records through CRM systems.
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to maximize sales opportunities and achieve targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Abu Dhabi real estate.
• Off-plan sales experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi developers and communities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Target-driven and motivated personality.
