Vacant Position: Property Consultant (Sales & Leasing)

 

Responsibilities:

·   The Property Consultant will be responsible for working in a target driven sales environment to maximize the opportunity of sales, real estate brokerage, property leasing, and property evaluation to high net worth clients. 

·   Source property inventories from owners, developers and real estate agents and market them to potential clients and investors

·   Source potential investors and establish/maintain a good work relationship.

·   Attend to inquiries (of the following nature: leasing, sale, re-sale, property valuation, property viewings, etc) professionally, to maintain a high standard of service, and to update the Sales Excel Sheet constantly. 

·   Qualify leads and formulate properties tailored to the needs of the clients.

·   Assemble detailed property portfolio and present it to clients.

·   Build awareness and knowledge of the property market in UAE (and other) and study factors influencing property market.

·   Collect full details of property which includes photo shooting, arranging viewings, showing the property to potential tenants/buyers, etc.

·   Attend Property events (such as exhibitions, property launching, presentations, seminars, etc)

·   Manage property listings, client leads and deals with the use of the company's CRM system

Requirements:

 

·   Must have proficient knowledge and a minimum 2 years solid experience in the UAE Property Sector with proven Sales record.

Presentable, confident, enthusiastic, proactive and assertive with a willingness to work on your own initiative.

Must have strong negotiation skills, a high degree of commitment and an independent way of working

Motivated, self driven and able to work under pressure

Very good interpersonal skills and a strong sense of team spirit

·   Having good network / database of investors is an advantage

·   Should have a UAE Driving License along with a Car

·   RERA / Real Estate Board exam certified Candidates (Preferred)

Excellent English skills are mandatory (Read / Write /Speak); knowledge of other language is a plus

Experience working with MS-Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge with CRM system is a plus
