Up to AED 5,000 + High Commission

About the Role:

 A fast-growing real estate group in Dubai is looking for 10 dynamic and driven Property Consultants to join a high-performance sales team. If you’re hungry for success and want daily fresh leads with full back-office support, this is your chance!

What We Offer:

Basic Salary: Up to AED 5,000 (based on experience)

Commission:

Starts at 50% – higher based on sales volume

65%–70% on personal/referral leads

Daily Fresh Leads: Fresh, legitimate leads provided daily to each agent—no cold calling required.

In-House Support:

• Marketing & social media team
• Professional photographers & videographers
• Listing/admin support for smooth operations
• Visa sponsorship & health insurance

Who We’re Looking For:

• Energetic, sales-driven individuals with a passion for real estate
• Experience in Dubai real estate is required
• Excellent English communication (Arabic/French is a BIG plus)
• UAE driving license is a must
• Trilingual Arabic speakers prioritized (Arabic, English, French)
