Your Role

• Engage, qualify, and convert company-provided and self-generated leads.
• Manage your client portfolio professionally, ensuring every opportunity is maximized.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closings confidently.
• Maintain daily CRM updates — transparency and consistency matter here.
• Uphold the Arbore brand promise through knowledge, integrity, and exceptional service.

Who You Are

• 1-2+ years of successful UAE real estate experience is MUST.
• A closer — self-driven, hungry, and results-oriented.
• Strong communicator and negotiator with excellent market awareness.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Hindi) are a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred; RERA broker card a bonus.
• Comfortable with a commission-only model — because you know your value and want to earn what you deserve.
