Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, buyers, sellers, and tenants
- Conduct market research and stay updated on Dubai property trends and pricing strategies
- Guide clients on investment potential, positioning, and transaction processes
- Conduct luxury property viewings and manage the complete sales lifecycle
- Negotiate confidently and ensure smooth deal closure
- Maintain compliance with RERA regulations and company standards
- Achieve monthly performance targets and contribute to revenue growth
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Dubai real estate brokerage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Target-driven mindset with high financial motivation
- Professional discipline and long-term career vision
- Financial stability to sustain the initial 4–6 months performance cycle
- Valid UAE Driving License (Preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of real estate operations, contracts, and property principles
- Proven sales track record and client relationship management experience
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a strong advantage)
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
