Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, buyers, sellers, and tenants
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on Dubai property trends and pricing strategies
  • Guide clients on investment potential, positioning, and transaction processes
  • Conduct luxury property viewings and manage the complete sales lifecycle
  • Negotiate confidently and ensure smooth deal closure
  • Maintain compliance with RERA regulations and company standards
  • Achieve monthly performance targets and contribute to revenue growth

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in Dubai real estate brokerage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Target-driven mindset with high financial motivation
  • Professional discipline and long-term career vision
  • Financial stability to sustain the initial 4–6 months performance cycle
  • Valid UAE Driving License (Preferred)

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of real estate operations, contracts, and property principles
  • Proven sales track record and client relationship management experience
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a strong advantage)
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
