Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.
  • Guide clients through the buying, selling, and investment process while providing expert advice on property options.
  • Conduct property viewings, market analysis, and comparative pricing to assist clients in decision-making.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring a smooth and professional transaction process.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including new project launches, trends, and legal regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a strong sales background in a related industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong networking skills with the ability to generate leads and close deals.
  • Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, trends, and RERA regulations is a plus.
  • UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
