We are business setup consulting company located in Dubai and due to growth, we are looking for Public Relations Officer (PRO)
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all licensing and regulatory compliance matters for our clients;
- Act as the main point of contact with government authorities for licensing and documentation purposes;
- Facilitate visa and permit processing for employees for our clients, ensuring timely and accurate completion;
- Maintain organized databases of licenses, documents, and critical information to facilitate efficient access and retrieval.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth coordination and fulfillment of documentation requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer (PRO) at list for 2 years;
- Strong knowledge of government procedures and compliance requirements of DED, Tasheel, Amer, Immigration etc.;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with government authorities;
- Exceptional organizational skills with great attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment;
- UAE driving license;
- English level: professional.
