The company is seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage and streamline all official transactions and liaise effectively with government authorities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Processing and renewing visas and labor permits for employees.

• Managing registration and renewal of company vehicles.

• Handling legal documentation related to the company and its employees.

• Ensuring compliance with all applicable UAE laws and governmental regulations.

• Coordinating with government departments, primarily in Abu Dhabi, to facilitate smooth operations.

• Managing multiple administrative tasks efficiently while meeting strict deadlines.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Prior experience working as a PRO within the UAE is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of UAE government procedures and regulations, especially within Abu Dhabi.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships with government agencies.

• Ability to multitask and handle work under pressure to meet deadlines.

• Flexibility to travel across Abu Dhabi and occasionally to other Emirates as required.

Work Location:

The main office is located in Mussafah M16, Abu Dhabi, with the role requiring occasional travel within Abu Dhabi and other Emirates.
