Public Relations Officer

Description:

Wise Attestation is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced PRO (Public Relations Officer) to join their Abu Dhabi operations. This role is best suited for a candidate who has hands-on UAE experience in public relations and government-related documentation processes. The ideal applicant should be capable of handling official documentation efficiently while staying updated with UAE regulatory procedures.

The position requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities related to visa processing, immigration typing, and coordination with government departments across various emirates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage UAE visa applications including employment visas, sponsor visas, and Golden Visa processes across all emirates
• Handle documentation related to Emirates ID applications, medical typing, and immigration submissions
• Ensure compliance with updated UAE laws and government regulations
• Prepare and type official documents quickly and accurately
• Coordinate with government portals and stay informed about system updates and procedural changes
• Maintain proper documentation records and follow up on pending applications

Requirements:

• Male candidate (as specified by employer)
• 1–2 years of relevant UAE experience in PRO or government liaison work
• Strong understanding of UAE immigration laws, visa procedures, and attestation processes
• Fluency in English and Malayalam (mandatory)
• Knowledge of Arabic and basic Hindi will be considered an advantage
• Excellent professional communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively
• Fast and accurate typing skills with familiarity in official government documentation
• Must be ready to join immediately and willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi

Additional Information:

• Salary package will be determined based on experience and qualifications
• Residence visa will be provided after a one-month training period, subject to satisfactory performance
