Public Relations Officer

A Dubai-based organization is currently seeking a skilled and proactive Public Relations Officer (PRO) with strong experience in company formation and government-related procedures. This role is ideal for professionals who are familiar with UAE regulatory frameworks and have hands-on expertise in handling business setup processes across mainland and free zone jurisdictions.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing all government transactions, ensuring compliance, and supporting business operations through effective coordination with relevant authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all government-related processes including visa applications, labor matters, immigration procedures, and licensing requirements
• Manage company formation and business setup activities for both mainland and free zone entities
• Liaise with UAE government authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth processing of official procedures
• Ensure all documentation and processes are compliant with UAE legal and regulatory requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders and government entities
• Monitor and update records related to company formation and official documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of proven experience as a PRO within the UAE
• Strong knowledge of company formation processes in Dubai, including mainland and free zones
• Fluency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
