Public Relations Officer

First Response Healthcare in Abu Dhabi is currently hiring a skilled Public Relations Officer to manage and enhance the organization’s media presence and public image within the healthcare sector. The role focuses on developing strong PR strategies, maintaining media relationships, and ensuring consistent and professional communication across all platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening brand reputation and supporting healthcare communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage media relations, press communications, and public relations activities including press releases and interviews

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare journalists, media representatives, and press contacts

• Develop and execute strategic PR plans, communication calendars, and integrated media campaigns

• Handle crisis communications and ensure consistent messaging aligned with organizational objectives

• Create high-quality content for press releases, newsletters, speeches, social media, and thought leadership articles

• Support communication efforts for healthcare programs, community initiatives, and service launches

• Monitor media coverage and prepare reports analyzing PR performance and impact

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in public relations or communications, preferably within the healthcare sector

• Strong expertise in media relations and content development

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in managing PR campaigns and events

• Knowledge of the UAE or Abu Dhabi healthcare sector will be an added advantage
