Public Relations Officer

The Tower Plaza Hotel is currently seeking an experienced and well-connected Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join its hospitality team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing all government-related documentation, visa processes, and compliance requirements while ensuring smooth coordination between the organization and relevant authorities.

This position requires a professional with strong knowledge of UAE labour laws, immigration procedures, and government processes, particularly within the hospitality sector. The candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining confidentiality.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing all UAE visa processes including applications, renewals, cancellations, and status updates

• Handling Emirates ID processing, labour cards, and immigration documentation

• Liaising with government departments and ensuring compliance with UAE legal procedures

• Coordinating with HR and management for employee onboarding and documentation

• Supporting recruitment-related processes and candidate screening when required

• Maintaining accurate records of employee and company legal documents

• Ensuring timely completion of government-related tasks and approvals

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with local authorities and government offices

• Providing administrative support for HR and compliance activities

Candidate requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a PRO in UAE hospitality sector

• Strong understanding of UAE labour laws, visa procedures, and legal documentation

• Previous hotel experience is mandatory

• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (mandatory)

• Valid UAE driving license preferred

• Excellent organizational, coordination, and time management abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Strong ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Experience with recruitment coordination and onboarding is an added advantage
